Valuex Digital Private Limited ("ValueX Digital", "we", "our", or "us") provides digital marketing, website, software, creative, video, production, consulting, and related digital services. This Refund and Revision Policy explains how refunds, cancellations, revisions, and non-refundable costs are handled for our services.
Most ValueX Digital services are customized, time-based, strategy-based, creative, or execution-based. Because work begins with planning, research, team allocation, tool setup, communication, and production effort, payments are generally non-refundable once work has started, unless a written agreement states otherwise.
A refund request may be reviewed if the request is raised within 7 days of payment and no substantial work has started, no third-party cost has been committed, and no deliverable, strategy, design, campaign setup, production plan, or access-based work has been shared. Approval is at ValueX Digital's discretion after reviewing the project status.
Consultation fees, strategy work, audits, research, campaign planning, creative concepts, scripts, designs, development hours, production bookings, shoot planning, editing work, domain or hosting purchases, software subscriptions, ad spends, platform fees, payment gateway charges, travel, permits, talent, equipment rentals, and other third-party costs are non-refundable.
Monthly retainers, social media packages, SEO retainers, performance marketing retainers, Google Business Profile support, and ongoing service packages are billed for reserved team time and planned work. Retainer fees are not refundable after the billing cycle begins. Unused work does not automatically carry forward unless agreed in writing.
Ad budgets, boosts, media buying spends, platform charges, payment gateway charges, software fees, domain or hosting charges, and third-party vendor costs are controlled by external platforms or vendors and are not refundable by ValueX Digital. Any refund from a third-party platform depends on that platform's own policy.
For eligible creative, design, website, video editing, or production deliverables, revision terms will follow the proposal, invoice, or written scope. Revision requests should be shared within 7 days of delivery unless a different timeline is agreed. Revisions must remain within the original scope; new concepts, major direction changes, or additional deliverables may be billed separately.
Clients may request cancellation in writing. Any completed work, committed resources, third-party expenses, active campaign costs, booked production resources, and work performed up to the cancellation date will remain payable. If a refund is approved for any unused portion, applicable deductions may be made before processing.

Refund requests are typically reviewed within 10 business days after all required information is received. If approved, eligible refunds are usually processed within 15 business days to the original payment method, subject to bank, payment gateway, and platform timelines.
ValueX Digital primarily provides digital services and custom deliverables, so physical returns generally do not apply. If any physical item or production material is included in a specific project, return terms must be agreed separately in writing.
ValueX Digital may update this Refund and Revision Policy from time to time. The updated policy will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date and will apply to transactions and service engagements after the update unless otherwise required by law.
